Marinated flank steak is grilled to perfection for the best Authentic Carne Asada recipe. At Valley Tacos we only ever use flank steak (Ranchera) we never compromise on quality.

Grilled Chicken

Marinated Mexican grilled chicken with hints of orange zest and savory garlic, this Mexican-style marinade enhances the flavor of chicken.

Al Pastor

Tacos al pastor is tender pork that’s coated in a sweet and savory marinade, then grilled to perfection. Traditionally cooked rotisserie-style on a "trumpo", we chop our pork first, marinade and then cooked on-site with the flat grill.

Spanish Rice

Spanish rice, also known as Mexican rice, red rice, or arroz rojo, is a Mexican side dish or an ingredient in other dishes made from white rice, tomatoes, garlic, onions, etc. It is traditionally made by sautéing the rice in a skillet with oil or fat until it is colored golden brown.

Refried Beans

Refried beans is a dish of cooked and mashed beans and is a traditional staple of Mexican and cuisine.

Lime

Full of flavor, limes add just a touch of acidity to foods, help to intensify the flavors of other ingredients, and they can be the perfect way to top off a Mexican dish. You’ll often find limes used to top tacos and salsa, and they’re a great ingredient in margaritas and drinks (If you’re using lime to enhance the flavor of your food, fresh squeezed lime is really the only way to go!).

Raw & Grilled Onion

Sweet onions lend a light and sweet flavor when cooked and are best when caramelized and placed on top a variety of foods such as hot dogs, salads, burgers, and, you guessed it, tacos. Although they aren't as pungent as yellow onions, sweet onions are juicier and, when added to the top of tacos, so yummy.

Cilantro

Cilantro adds a cooling taste to dishes that turn up the heat. This annual herb is an absolute must-have for Mexican dishes.

Cilantro is a plant with a split personality. In its early vegetative stage, it is the familiar cilantro whose leaves season Mexican dishes, but when it forms seeds, it is known as coriander. Those seeds are ground for use in curries, pickles, soups, and stews—not necessarily Mexican

Grilled Jalapeños

Grilled jalapeños have a complex, smoky taste that enhances salsa and other dishes with a richer flavor than raw jalapeños.

Grilled jalapeños are a tasty little addition to many recipes. If you are wanting a more subtle back heat instead of a tongue blistering heat then these fire roasted jalapeños might be what you are looking for.

Jalapeños and Mexican-flavored cooking go hand-in-hand. Add jalapeños to quesadillas, tacos, beans and rice, and other favorite Mexican recipes!

Tomatillo Salsa

In Mexican cuisine, salsa verde is typically based on the tomatillo. These are small green vegetables that look like mini-tomatoes. Tomatillos are from the same family as tomatoes, but really they are more closely related to the gooseberry. They are prized in the culinary world for their mild tartness which plays very well with fiery flavors. So a salsa verde in Mexico is typically a tomatillo based salsa mixed with chili peppers, onions, and other ingredients.
